Your registration is binding, subject to the cancellation policy below.
You will receive a contractually binding confirmation of your registration by e-mail. All prices are inclusive of VAT at current rates.
Payment of participation fees will be charged to your credit card.
A receipt for payment by credit card can be provided to you upon request at the Registration Help Desk.

Registrations: may be cancelled up to 31 August 2016, incurring a cancellation charge of €50.00. After that date, only 10% of the total sum can be reimbursed. Refunds will be made directly to the original payment source and will be confirmed in writing.
Registration is transferable, and changes to the named delegate(s) can be made free of charge at any time.
By participating in the Blue Sky III Forum, you acknowledge that your participation and interventions may be recorded (video and audio) and/or photographs taken and hereby waive any right to oppose, and expressly authorise the OECD and authorised forum partners and conference organisers to record your conference activities and make them available for public viewing (including use of the Internet, press, publications) or as it may see fit.
Data protection, storage and use by authorised contractors are required to respect the European Union Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC.
Personal data may be used for Blue Sky II Forum event invitations, registration, related events preparation, distribution of information pertaining to the OECD and forum partners - Belgium’s Federal Science Policy Office, the Flanders Regional Government, the University of Ghent and the City of Ghent.
The individual authorises the collection, use the processing of personal data upon submitting their information as part of the registration process. Individuals may request access to, rectify data, or withdraw their consent for use of personal data upon written application to OECD.BlueSky3@oecd.org.
The place of fulfilment and court of jurisdiction in respect of obligations of either party is Ghent. The laws of the Kingdom of Belgium shall apply.
The OECD and the Forum partners - Belgium’s Federal Science Policy Office, the Flanders Regional Government, the University of Ghent and the City of Ghent - do not accept liability at any time for travel, accommodation, injury or illness, or personal conduct of individual delegates. It is recommended that each delegate arrange suitable travel and health insurance that will cover the duration of their attendance at the Forum.
